I was absolutely impressed with the wonderful customer service both over the phone answering questions and when I arrive to the showroom. Not only were they able to help me select a piece that was perfect for our unique set of circumstances. Dan was also able to work some magic to make our delivery and removal of the old furniture the stream less with no stress. I appreciate you guys so much thank you for all your help.

Jason was great! Super helpful and made alot of suggestions, but gave us space to look. Ended up ordering a sofa. Price was very reasonable and for a small fee they are taking away our old sofa. I've already recommended them to a friend!

We were finding in our travels that the price of furniture was a touch hard to choke down. When we arrived at Tandem Home it was quite evident that we were in a place that was quite different from the rest. We found everything we were looking for and things we weren’t as well, and that was due to proper pricing and selection. The team was extremely helpful, kind and attentive. I especially liked working with the owner, Dan, when we got down to the numbers part of the business. Very refreshing. My parents were there as well and also made a purchase. Awesome store! We were looking for a low profile base for full mattress going on a vintage bed fram.. They had exactly what we needed. Plus made sure the base would have the cross support. I honestly hadn't thought of that detail. The inventory on floor is beautiful. Prices are good and staged really nice. Staff are so nice! Definitely check them out. P.S. Didn't have to go across town to a warehouse to get our purchase.

This was my first time at Tandem Home. I have been looking for a couch for over a year now. Mainly because I’m 5’3” and my feet don’t touch the floor. I’m an adult and don’t like feeling like a 5 year old sitting on a couch. The people at Tandem Home were very helpful but with low pressure sales. Which is important to me. They told me what options cushion material came in, the arm rest shape and the fabric color. I was even able to take home 6 different fabric swatches to really dial in what color I wanted my couch. I would definitely recommend Tandem Home as a place to check out for your next furniture needs.

We would highly recommend giving Tandem a try. Nice selection of furniture, but it was the outstanding service that sets them above. We were never hurried or pressured. No one stood over us so we could talk the purchase over. Just helpful knowledgeable people. Big Kudos to Jason, thanks for making our experience pleasant.

My wife and I dropped in today to check things out. They have a big sale this weekend and have a bunch of stuff in the back parking lot on clearance. Everyone was great and no one was trying to hard sell us. They made us feel welcome. Good experience. Thank you Tandem Home. We will be back.

Love this furniture store. Normally, I’m not a retail furniture store person. Not at all. I appreciate fine and unique furnishings and because I can’t always afford my taste, I’m used to hunting down deals on Marketplace, and the like, versus paying retail (except for mattresses.) BUT, Dan and his team were SO helpful- and kind- when they worked on a special order for me (By the way, check out Jonathan Louis impressive fabrics selection to customize a piece)— AND and they offer such reasonable prices, well, they are definitely a new fave resource, in my “little black book,” of cool places to shop and fun people to speak with about furnishings. And speaking of fun, check out the videos they’ve created on their Facebook or Instagram pages. Hilarious
